Job Responsibilities:

As a member of our Office Staff, you will be responsible for:

• Manage incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to customer locations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely response to service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and billing information using our CRM software.
• Assist with billing and invoicing processes, including preparing invoices, processing payments, and following up on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Support the administrative team with various tasks, such as filing paperwork, organizing office supplies, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in an office or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and basic knowledge of CRM software.
